- 3Sign the agreementOne page: our commission, and a 6-month introduction period. Nothing goes live before this.
- 4We list and show itEvery enquiry and introduction is logged with dates, so everyone is clear.
- 5Tenant signs, you payWe invoice once the lease is signed. Pay by M-Pesa till or bank.
- National ID and KRA PIN
